Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact our support team with your order details. If your return is approved, instructions will be provided on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.

6-Month Limited Warranty

All devices are protected by our 6-Month Limited Warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects or faults that prevent the product from functioning as intended.

If a product becomes defective within the 6-month warranty period, we will review the issue and may offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

To submit a warranty claim, customers may be required to provide photo or video evidence showing the defect or malfunction.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Refunds
