Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are 7–14 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary due to factors such as shipping carrier delays, customs processing, or high demand periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

At this time, we do not ship to countries outside of these locations. Shipping prices will be displayed in the local currencies of the above locations however at checkout, prices will be converted to South African Rands(ZAR) because that is our home base and other legality matters relating to that.

Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by the local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
